Saucony Guide 13 Ladies
Big G Says…
The evolution of the Guide, Saucony's best selling medium stability model, continues with a lighter more dynamic mid-sole construction, a new stability mechanism and a radical upgrade to the upper construction.
The most important component of a running shoe is the mid-sole. Saucony has dispensed with Everun and replaced it with PWRRUN - a similar material but providing a much more responsive ride. The biggest change however is the use of an L-shaped TPU cradle to control pronation instead of the traditional firmer medial posting. A guidance frame gives a more subtle support through the mid-stance phase of the stride and a smoother transition from heel to toe-off.
The ISOFIT lacing system has also been ditched and replaced with a more traditional design using a softer and more pliable engineered mesh that can adapt to a wide range of foot shapes and integrates well with the plush collar/tongue and the contoured footbed. The Tri-flex Crystal Rubber outsole is flexible but very grippy and durable.
Overall, the Saucony Guide 13 is one of the best moderate stability shoes on the market - a reliable training shoe for all distances.
