Delivery & Refunds/exchanges


Once an EFT payment confirmation has been received, all orders will be delivered to your closest POSTNET branch. On dispatch, you will be emailed a tracking number and POSTNET will then contact you on arrival at your prescribed branch. Delivery time will be between 24-48 hours depending on your location.

Shipment is free for all goods valued at R1000 and over. If the value is below R1000, we ask for R100 to cover the costs.

Refunds & exchanges

How do you return or exchange your shoes? Firstly, the process must be within 30 days of receipt of your order. Just send the shoes back to POSTNET Northcliff Square and advise us by email of the required charge. If the exchanged item differs in value form the original, or delivery charges apply, we will advise you of the cost difference. 

If you need a refund, this will be to the original method of payment used when placing the original order.

Remember that this must be within 30 days of receipt. In order for us to process your refund/exchange, we require the original packaging or box if received. Shoes must be returned in resellable condition. They can have been tested outside on a  clean surface but any visible signs of wear and tear may negate an exchange/refund. Hope you understand that we reserve the rights not to exchange/refund in such a circumstance.
